FFA was selected through a design competition for a new, $73.1 million hotel and conference center in downtown Vancouver. The project includes 226-rooms, 30,000 square feet of conference and exhibition space and an underground parking area.

Located next to Esther Short Park, the urban-style design features glass canopies, a two-story lobby, a grand staircase, and large windows from the lobby, lounge and restaurant that overlook the park.
