Paradise Inn Rehabilitation

The National Park Service posed the challenge of preserving these character-defining features while upgrading the seismic performance and accessibility within a fixed budget. In pursuing this charge, Fletcher Farr Ayotte's design team embraced every opportunity presented for restoring the historic qualities that have been compromised over the years. FFA's design approach is not only producing a safer building, but also providing park visitor's with an authentic experience, rich in history and surrounded by natural beauty.

Construction began in the Spring of 2006 and will span two years because of the harsh climatic conditions.
