Education Hall
Rehabilitation

Portland, Oregon

A visioning workshop including OSU's College of Education faculty and staff, experts in the field of current trends in education and the FFA design team took place in the Fall of 2005. Following this process, FFA was retained by the OSU College of Education to develop a comprehensive rehabilitation program and a plan for the building. The subsequent study report was used to promote the project and raise funds for its execution.

In April 2007, FFA was commissioned by OSU to design the complete renovation of this 1902 building, one of the oldest on the University's campus. When the project is completed in the fall of 2009, Education Hall will retain its classic historic exterior, while inside the facility will be a testament to 21st-century collaboration in learning and office environments.
