Everpower Wind Holdings

The wind power development company, Everpower Wind Holdings Inc., hired FFA for interior design and LEED Commerical Interiors implementation and documentation services for their newest office in Portland, Oregon at the White Stag project.

The design for this 1,300 sq ft tenant improvement mimics the wind turbine and blades with a round conference room and changes in the flooring. As a sustainable company, Everpower requested a LEED CI Gold rating and FFA assisted them in-house with this goal. Integrating products like recycled windshields for interior windows, low-emitting materials, and reusing existing furniture all contributed the LEED CI Gold credits.
