Cascade Station F2: Office Building

FFA recently completed designs for a new 4-story, 100,000 square-foot, steel-framed "Class A" speculative office building at Cascade Station for developer, Trammell Crow Company. Construction is underway, with occupancy anticipated for July 2009. The facility has been designed with the intent of receiving LEED Silver Certification.
The prominent siting of the building, will create a gateway to the burgeoning Cascade Station District, adjacent to the Portland International Airport, and directly along the MAX Light Rail line.
Drawing on our previous experience designing buildings near the airport, our design team is paying special attention to acoustical considerations in order to mitigate jet noise and vibration. Additionally, we are working closely with the City of Portland, the Port of Portland and the Federal Aviation Administration to ensure that our designs comply with the specific requirements for buildings in this area.
